Terahertz optical waveguide antenna 1540-1560nm/1-15mW

The T-Era-20D-1550-Air terahertz photoconductive antenna (THz PCA) is used to generate and detect high-power and broadband terahertz pulses in THz time-domain systems. T-Era-20D-1550-Air THz PCA is fabricated on a high resistance ultrafast epitaxial growth multi quantum well InGaAs InAlAs substrate and packaged in the THz chip housing module that TeTechS is applying for technical approval. The housing module accommodates THz PCA and a collimated high resistance silicon lens is installed on the back of the THz PCA chip.
