1310 nm single-mode VCSEL vertical cavity surface emitting laser (with TEC)

The 1310 nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) is packaged in a compact coaxial housing with a single-mode fiber tail. VCSEL-1310-SM is designed for fiber optic sensing, laser emitters, and optical communication applications. It requires very low driving current and can achieve temperature stability through built-in TEC.
