Desktop X-ray source laser operating wavelength 20nm, pulse width 7ns, repetition rate 10Hz

The ultraviolet/soft X-ray radiation generated by the laser source was developed by Tingen in the laser laboratory and focused on gas ionization using a high pulse energy YAG laser (1064nm, 800mJ, 7ns). Different target gases correspond to different energy spectrum distributions.
