1550nm (polarization maintaining) lithium niobate 2.5Gb/s intensity modulator

Microphotons' lithium niobate (LiNbO3) intensity modulator uses titanium diffusion or proton exchange technology to fabricate Mach Zehnder type optical waveguides. The input and output fibers are precisely diagonally coupled with the waveguides, and the electro-optic effect of lithium niobate material is utilized to achieve intensity modulation of optical signals.
