The QLD1x6x series high-power single-mode DFB laser provides a wavelength range of 1020 nm to 1180 nm. All models are packaged in a standard 14 pin butterfly module, equipped with polarization maintaining fiber (PMF) and built-in optical isolators. They have excellent spectral stability and can operate under various driving conditions ranging from continuous waves to short pulses (picoseconds, nanoseconds), making them ideal for fiber laser pulse seeders used in material processing and other applications. Gain switch operation can generate 50 picosecond or 15 picosecond optical pulses in high-speed models to further improve fiber laser processing performance. We also offer various driver boards, including 50 ps, 15 ps, nanosecond, DFB-SOA, CW, etc. We believe that our products can help you improve the design of fiber lasers
