Integrated comb laser module 1550nm (output power 16dBm)

Pilot Photonics' iCLA integrates a single-chip integrated comb laser and demultiplexer, providing four or more coherent, matched outputs on separate fibers, replacing up to four integrated tunable laser components (iTLAs). It is designed to drive multiple 400G/800G coherent light engines on a single fiber from a single laser module. Provides the ability to adjust the separation of four output wavelengths, reducing the required DSP complexity while maintaining coherence and phase matching characteristics. The device provides all necessary current and temperature control on a software controlled evaluation platform. The RF signal for setting the spacing between comb tube channels can be provided internally or externally.
