QCL4430-4.43 μ m high-power desktop DFB-QCL mid infrared quantum cascade laser 100mW

The QCL4430DFB-4.43um high-power desktop DFB-QCL mid infrared quantum cascade laser is a mid infrared testing laser developed by Xiaoxiao in the first half of 2019. The low loss of the atmospheric window is beneficial for space optical communication testing research. Our desktop light source has high power and does not require ITAR review, making it an excellent choice for commercial mid infrared testing light sources. A tunable range exceeding 100nm and an output power greater than 100mw meet the industrial requirements of customer testing. Our laser has a built-in Znse collimated output with stable output power, and its temperature wavelength stability is several orders of magnitude higher than that of traditional high-power quantum cascade lasers
