Mid infrared quantum cascade ultrafast photodetector 20GHz 4.65um

This is an ultra fast mid infrared photodetector with a response bandwidth exceeding 20GHz (-3 dB). It operates without bias voltage, does not require cooling, and therefore does not require an external power source. The installation process only requires two simple steps: connect the SMA device to the measuring instrument (oscilloscope, etc.) and direct the incident light to the internal focusing lens.
