According to the Tunable Semiconductor Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technique, a multi cavity long path gas cell is constructed using Herriott cell concave reflectors. The reflectors are coated with high-quality gold, silver, and protective layers, resulting in high reflectivity. The compact design provides a relatively long absorption path, and the high-precision optical cavity gas pool is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials. Depending on the detection form, it can be used in two types: closed and open, for the detection and analysis of various gas concentrations. Standard light source collimation parts can be directly installed without the need for additional mirrors or adapter adjustment components to align the light, making it particularly convenient to use.
