Xiaoxiao Photon's WLTF-NM series narrowband tunable filters are based on free space optics, combined with diffraction gratings to produce Gaussian shaped transmission. It is a 2-port fiber optic device. When broadband spectrum is injected into the input port, the tunable filter will select a target frequency band for output and suppress the remaining frequency bands of the spectrum. Wavelength tuning is achieved by a precision micrometer. Both manual and electric versions of the filter can be used in the X, O, S, C, and L bands.
