The SCW 1632-350R and SCW 1631F-350R laser diode modules are high-power 1625 nm RWG F/P laser diodes, packaged in a 14 pin butterfly and DIL configuration. The laser diode is optically coupled with the SMF fiber tail, and includes a thermoelectric cooler and an electrically isolated temperature sensing thermistor. The SCW 1632-350R and SCW 1631-F-35R laser diode modules are specifically designed for optical testing equipment applications that require high peak pulsed light power and comply with RoHS standards.
