1030/1064nm Ultra Short Nanosecond Pulse Seed OEM Laser Source 300mW

Ultra short nano pulse seed laser driver is an ideal choice for driving 14 pin butterfly packaged laser modules, suitable for applications with pulse widths less than 1ns. Applications include material processing, time-resolved spectroscopy, LIDAR, etc. The driving circuit is provided by a single 5V power supply. All other required voltages are generated on the circuit board through efficient power conversion. The driver provides a bidirectional proportional integral derivative controller (PID) thermoelectric cooler controller (TEC) with a current of 3A and a voltage of 4.2V. The DFB laser diode equipped with LD-PD inc 1020-1083nm can achieve ultrafast output with a pulse width of 1-10 ns and a peak power of 300mw.
