9.68um high power benchtop DFB-QCL mid-infrared quantum cascade laser 100mW (TDLAS integrated control module)
QCL9680DFB-9.68um high power benchtop DFB-QCL mid-infrared quantum cascade laser is a mid-infrared test laser developed by Idealphotonics. The low loss of the atmospheric window is conducive to the test research of space optical communications. Our benchtop light source has high power and does not require ITAR review, which is an excellent choice for commercial mid-infrared test light sources. The tunable range exceeds 100nm and the output power is greater than 100mw to meet the industrial needs of customer testing. Our laser has built-in Znse collimated output, stable output power, and high temperature and wavelength stability, which is several orders of magnitude higher than the stability of traditional high-power quantum cascade lasers.
532nm Short-wavelength PM optical fiber
Idealphotonics' Panda and Bowtie single-mode polarization-maintaining (PM) optical fibers are named according to the type of stress rod used. The stress rod is aligned with the fiber core, and the applied stress generates birefringence within the core, maintaining polarization. The Panda-type stress rod is cylindrical, while the Bowtie-type uses a trapezoidal prism stress rod, as shown in the diagram above. Generally, these two types of fibers can be used interchangeably. Panda-type fibers have long been used in the communications field because the cylindrical stress rod is easier to maintain uniformity over long distances during production. Polarization-maintaining (PM) fibers are designed to provide the highest level of polarization maintenance for wavelengths from 488nm to over 1550nm. These fibers can be used in interferometric sensors, modulators, delay lines, spectroscopy, and biomedical applications. We use "Bowtie" stress-applying components (SAP) to induce birefringence in the fiber core. These efficient SAP designs can generate very high birefringence without excessive stress, thus effectively controlling the polarization orientation throughout the fiber system. The Bowtie PM fiber core has high-expansion, boron-doped glass regions on both sides, which shrink more than the surrounding silica. The resulting tension creates birefringence (producing two different refractive indices: a higher refractive index parallel to the applied stress and a lower refractive index perpendicular to the stress). Fibercore's "Bowtie" design generates more birefringence than any other stress application design. This is because it is based on two opposing wedges, which is the simplest and most effective way to apply stress to a point.
1550nm C-band High Stability ASE Light Source Module
The ASE light source is a white light source with very high brightness across a wide spectral range. The C-band ASE wide-spectrum light source module is used in distributed fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing systems, optical passive component testing, and spectral analysis design. It is an Amplified Spontaneous Emission (ASE) light source, which is based on the principle of pumping an erbium-doped fiber (Er ions) with a semiconductor laser to generate ASE in the C-band (1528-1563nm). Specially designed C-band spectral gain flattening filters (GFF) give the product extremely high optical-to-optical conversion efficiency and excellent spectral flatness in the C-band. To ensure that the distributed fiber Bragg grating system meets strict output stability requirements, global optical feedback control technology and pulse width modulation (PWM) precise temperature control are used internally. This ensures extremely high output power stability and spectral waveform stability.

C-band Desktop Single-mode Erbium-Ytterbium Co-doped Fiber Amplifier 40dBm
The High-Power Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (EYDFA-HP) operates based on the principle of stimulated laser amplification of optical signals in erbium-ytterbium co-doped fiber. It utilizes a uniquely designed amplification optical path and a reliable high-power laser heat dissipation process to achieve high-power laser output within the 1535~1565nm wavelength range. With the advantages of high power and low noise, it is suitable for applications such as fiber optic communication and laser radar.
630 nm PM Fiber Connectors/Patch Cables
These polarization-maintaining fiber patch cords offered by Idealphotonics feature high-quality, narrow-pin ceramic FC/APC connectors on both ends. Produced in our facilities, each patch cord is individually tested at the test wavelengths listed on the Specs tab to ensure extinction ratio and low back reflection (return loss) when connecting fiber to fiber. These patch cords are available in stock with a high-quality polish that guarantees a typical return loss of over 60 dB. The test data table provides extinction ratio and insertion loss tests for each patch cord. Each patch cord comes with two protective caps covering the ends to prevent dust or other contaminants from falling into the ferrule end face. We also sell CAPF plastic fiber caps and CAPFM metal threaded fiber caps to protect FC/PC terminations separately. If you don't find the product you need in our stock patch cords, Terahertzlabs also offers custom patch cords that can be shipped the same day.

Hollow core anti-resonant fiber 200-3500nm (core diameter 33um, cladding 250um, pure quartz material)
Silica fiber has been widely used in various scenarios for laser transmission, but in many fields, due to the nonlinear effects caused by the material, the light guide window, the damage mechanism of the laser to the fiber material, etc., the laser transmission based on quartz has basically reached the limit of the fiber. Anti-resonant fiber (ARF) is a hollow-core fiber in which light can be confined to the hollow with a refractive index less than that of the fiber material and transmitted along the fiber axis. Hollow fiber has extremely low nonlinearity, high damage threshold, and small overlap between the internal transmission beam and the surrounding glass, which provides a unique possible solution for fiber-based, very high-power lasers. This will achieve breakthrough applications in laser manufacturing, laser ignition, defense, ultrafast lasers, nonlinear endoscopes/microscopes, and gas-based mid-infrared lasers.
Polyimide coated high temperature resistant single mode optical fiber SM9/125/155PI
Polyimide is a polymer material with good high and low temperature resistance, good mechanical strength, and excellent comprehensive performance. It can greatly improve the heat resistance of the optical fiber coating layer, extend the service life of the optical fiber in a high temperature environment, and at the same time maintain good mechanical properties in a low temperature environment without brittle cracking. Polyimide is a self-extinguishing polymer with a low smoke rate and a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of quartz. It has certain self-lubricating properties, is resistant to aging, and is resistant to high-voltage electrical breakdown. It has very little outgassing under high vacuum. Polyimide has high radiation resistance and mechanical properties, and can still maintain high strength under irradiation. It has high tensile, bending, and compression strengths, and outstanding creep resistance and dimensional stability. Polyimide is non-toxic, stable, and biocompatible, and can be used to prepare tableware and some medical consumables replacement supplies. At the same time, polyimide is resistant to almost all organic solvents, some inorganic acids, and hydrolysis
