InGaAs Ultra Low Noise Photo Detector UPD-600M-A

The ultra-low noise photoelectric unit detection module integrates an ultra-low noise analog PIN detector, a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier, and an ultra-low noise isolation power supply. The output signal is not affected by the external power supply. The module is particularly outstanding in terms of background noise control. Under the same parameters, its background noise is about one-third of that of conventional modules, which can well meet customers' needs for smaller signal detection and higher signal-to-noise ratio.
