Compared to conventional step-index optical fibers, specially designed microstructured optical fibers offer ultra-low loss, improved optical modes, hydrogen corrosion resistance, and a single-material composition (pure silica, without doping). These superior characteristics significantly enhance the sensitivity of distributed optical fiber sensing systems, system stability, spatial measurement accuracy, and fiber lifespan. The fiber structure and parameters can be customized for production.
IR Polished KRS5 Thallium Bromide Iodide Window 13mm ? x 2mm
KRS5 deep infrared material has a high refractive index and is widely used in ATR prisms, windows and lenses for spectroscopy. In combination with germanium, KRS5 can also be used in heat-free IR imaging systems. KRS-5 is grown using sealed Stockbarger crystal growth technology. The highest purity starting material is selected to ensure the absence of anionic absorption bands between 2 μm and 16 μm, and all crystals are checked for quality by using a path length of 120mm. Caution: Thallium salts are considered toxic and should be handled with care.

Near infrared Fabry Perot (F-P) interferometer/F-P standard/multibeam interferometer 1.3-2.0um
Fabry-Perot interferometer is a multi-beam interferometer composed of two parallel glass plates. The inner surfaces of the two glass plates have high reflectivity. When the two glass plates are fixed with a hollow spacer of fixed length, it is also called Fabry-Perot etalon or simply etalon. The F-P (Fabry-Perot) etalon is a high-resolution spectrometer because of its high reflectivity and extremely narrow multi-beam isotonic interference fringes. It can be used for high-resolution spectroscopy and the study of spectral lines with very close wavelengths, such as isotope spectra of elements, hyperfine structures of spectra, tiny frequency shifts during light scattering, Doppler shifts of spectral lines caused by atomic movement, and the structural shape inside spectral lines; it can also be used as a high-resolution optical filter and the construction of precision wavelength meters; in laser systems, it is often used to narrow spectral lines in the cavity or to make the laser system run in single mode. It can be used as a bandwidth control and tuning device in broadband picosecond lasers to analyze and detect spectral (longitudinal mode, transverse mode) components in lasers.
1030nm Faraday rotator 90deg
The fiber Faraday rotator is used to change the polarization state of the input light, so that the direction of the polarized light after passing through the Faraday rotator and the reflector rotates 90 degrees. Thermal Diffusion Expansion Fiber Core Custom Processing, Core Diameter 20um
NIR-TEC-30-9-SA TEC (Thermally-diffused Expanded Core Fiber) fiber technology, with the mode field diameter at the end of the thermally-expanded fiber core. This can be used in commercial SI-SMF (Single-Mode Fiber). The mode field diameter increases by one or three times at the fiber end, altering the refractive index distribution and reducing the numerical aperture. The larger the axial and gap displacement tolerances, the smaller the coupling loss. Small variations in cladding diameter can be compensated by inserting a metal sleeve and installing a connector (as shown in the figure below).
SM450 Short-Wavelength Single-Mode RGB Fiber
Single Mode Fiber (SMF) refers to an optical fiber that supports only one transmission mode at a specific wavelength (with two degenerate polarization modes allowed). Single mode fibers typically have a core diameter in the range of 10 microns, with a very small refractive index difference between the core and cladding (<1%). Due to the characteristics of single-mode fibers, such as long transmission distance, high bandwidth, low transmission loss, no intermodal dispersion, and strong reliability, they can be used in outdoor long-distance data transmission, fiber optic communications, fiber optic sensing, and other fields. SM450 fiber, when fused with a coupler, has a very low splice loss and is suitable for device connector manufacturing.
Polarization diversity coherent receiver module (InGaAs balanced detector 1510-1590nm bandwidth 100MHz)
Idealphotonics' PDR series polarization diversity receiving module is for polarization-sensitive fiber optic sensing applications.
